Jamaican Iced Tea

Today is national Ice Tea Day! Yes a day we set aside to celebrate one of summer’s favorite drinks. Have it plain, with lemon or sweeten with your favorite sweetener, it is enjoyed by many throughout the US by the glass full all summer long. And best of all tea is good for you!

Today, iced tea is made using a variety of different flavors. It can also be mixed with other beverages. One of the most popular iced tea beverages is an “Arnold Palmer,” which consists of half iced tea and half lemonade.

NATIONAL ICED TEA DAY (1)

ICED TEA BY THE PITCHER

  1. Pour 2 cups boiling water over four Caribbean Dreams Sorrel Ginger tea bags.
  2. Steep for 10 minutes and remove tea bags.
  3. Add your favorite sweeter while tea is hot
  4. Add 2 cups cold water and chill
  5. 1 lime sliced, optional
